3. SaaS Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may grant full or prorated refunds at our discretion.
- Time Constraints: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial charge.
- Trial Periods: If a free trial is offered, paid subscription starts automatically after the trial unless canceled beforehand.
- Termination Refunds: If we terminate an account for policy violations, refunds are not provided. If we terminate for other reasons, a prorated refund may apply.
